I hold a Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision, awarded by CPCAB, and I am fully qualified to provide supervision and reflective practice to both individuals and groups.
It was important to me to pursue a qualification with a genuine focus on anti-oppressive practice. The training I undertook offered deep and thought-provoking learning around intersectionality, anti-discriminatory practice, and cultural competency — equipping me to appropriately support supervisees from diverse backgrounds. This is integral to how I work, both in counselling and in supervision.
I have worked across a range of sectors — including the NHS, schools and universities, private practice, and charitable organisations — with diverse client groups spanning adults and children. This breadth of experience informs the supervision I offer.
My approach to supervision is relational. The supervisory relationship sits at the heart of the work, alongside thoughtful support around clinical practice. I aim to create a space that is both challenging and containing — one where you feel genuinely supported to reflect and grow.
Individual Supervision
I offer flexible individual supervision, typically in 1.5 hour monthly blocks in line with BACP guidance — though if you need more or less time, that can always be discussed. Individual supervision is charged at £50 per hour or £75 for a 1.5-hour block. Student discounts are available, though spaces are limited, so please do get in touch to enquire. All individual supervision sessions are conducted online via Zoom, making it easy to fit around your schedule wherever you are based
Group & Reflective Practice
For reflective practice groups, I work collaboratively with organisations to agree on frequency and format that best meets the needs of your team. Please enquire directly for group pricing. Group work is available both online and in person in Bristol and the surrounding areas. I am happy to discuss what would work best for your team.
